Borneo Motors D&D
The iconic masquerade scene inspired our concept in 'The Phantom of the Opera', where we hope to recreate the theatrical moment, inviting guests to immerse themselves in a world where secrets lie behind masks painted with splashes of vivid colors. In this key visual, I wanted to evoke the event's excitement and dynamism by illustrating flowing patterns of pink, purple, blue, and gold, together with the elements that will appear during the proposed event.
This key visual highlights human connection and collective identities through a central circular lens surrounded by scattered text rings — 'Do you See Me?' — symbolizing unity and commitment. The continuous circles of connection represent the completeness of individual journeys and our interconnected narratives, celebrating diverse stories and fostering empathy. Emphasizing cycles and continuity, the design reflects on memory and heritage, encouraging viewers to see themselves and others in a new light.

A Futuristic Twist on "Back to School". While the classic "Back to School" theme often evokes nostalgia, with guests dressing up in old school uniforms and reminiscing about past school days, “the AI Academy” reimagines this concept for the future. Instead of looking back, we invite our guests to envision what the future of learning and the classroom of tomorrow might look like. In this visual, I illustrated a young girl in a nostalgic, old-school uniform, as she reminisces about her past school days while gazing into the future (the floating white-hair character), where inspiration and connection defy the limits of time.

The first design concept on the left takes the theme of "Shape Your Future" and transforms it into a visually engaging narrative, where students and campus come together to symbolize the harmonious relationship between personal growth and the opportunities provided by NUS.
The second concept on the right transforms the future into a "Mosaic of Possibilities," where NUS provides the framework and opportunities, and students contribute their unique elements to complete the overall picture. The isometric mosaic design, combined with vibrant iconography, reflects the richness and diversity of experiences at NUS, illustrating how individual contributions come together to create a cohesive and dynamic whole.
NUS Open House
To enhance the brand recognition of The Straits Times and with a younger audience in mind, I approached a modern and interactive style, together with the use of strong, contrasting colors (primarily red and blue) that emphasize urgency and energy, while the angular and layered shapes give a sense of activity and progression.

As a graphic artist at Artists by Day, I contributed by developing initial designs for the CP chicken character and assisting with the final artwork for design sleeves, cutouts, photo props, and wall panels.
